Spark Plug pics?

I was going to replace my spark plugs and I noticed that my plugs are extremely dirty. They look cooked. They are not oily but seem to have carbon on them and have a red tint to them like rust. These plugs are about a year and a half old. They are the denso iridium plugs. What does this mean?
Also what spark plugs do you all recommend?

Well, judging by the file name, I'd take a wild guess that she's Jaime Pressley.

As for sparkplugs, use the OEM NGKs

What about the condition of my plugs. Is that normal wear and tear or do I have a problem. Too lean or rich?

My factory ones looked almost like that at 45k. The insulator had a reddish tint on them. Car ran fine
