Greddy Sp2 Fittment ?

I have a `99 max and I would like to put the GREDDY SP2 exhaust but I only see `97-98 I heard this will work but can`t remeber what mod had to be done if any

heres my thought... the greddy sticks out a little too far.. i just saw it on udienow's car..... it sounds pretty good i guess.. as fitment i want to know if there is a better way to fit it...
