are you fu*kin kidding me newbie???? you cant even use stock struts on a 1 inch drop, u gotta get aftermarket ones. well, actually you could use stock struts but it would ride like **** and they would blow really really quickly. look at my sig, im on tokico hp struts and tein h-tech springs. 1.6in drop front, 1.2 rear.

^^^ +1. If u use stock struts get ready to lay out more money to fix what you've messed up. Since your new here are some words that you should live by. DO IT ONCE, DO IT RIGHT!! Get Tockio Illuminas with H&R springs. The best set-up i have ever seen, especially with NY roads.

ya i was gonna get illumnias, but i didnt have the cash, the HPs are fine for me for now, ill get illumnias eventually. i freakin love the tein htech springs though, IMHO they have a much better looking drop than the H&Rs and i think they ride about the same

If you are planning on doing a temp setup just don't. Just wait it out for the right stuff and do the work once and have a nice setup.
