High Flow Cat and Test Pipe Q's

Ok im looking to buy a test pipe or a high flow cat, what are some companies that you have had good experiences and which you have had bad experiences. I dont have to worry about emissions because i live in alabama . I dont wanna end up buying some crappy part that isnt the right length or right size flanges. Links would be appreciated too. I do prefer the high flow cat over the test pipe just because of that horrid smell that you get w/ a catless car.

damn, i have a budget/LSS test pipe and its only like $30 shipped...fits like a glove...I do realize you don't want that horrid catless smell...but what kinda driving do u usually do? If u do mostly freeway, u can't smell it at all...the only time I can smell my catless fumes is stop and go traffic and ONLY if the windows are down...if i have the ac blasting and the windows up, i dont even notice it...

I was gonna get one off of ebay but i noticed some were different lenghts than others. Where did you get your pipe?

I drive w/ windows down in the city but if the wind is blowing ill leave em down, kinda funny when the ppl around you roll up their windows b/c of the smell. Oh and lemme tell you the girls just love that smell!

I got mine directly from budget/LSS....they were called budget last year..they recently changed their name to LSS...their # is roaming around the org somewhere...give them a call, and they will send u a test pipe for your car....its a direct bolt on with no modifications...

the catless smell, smells good when your car is running stoichiometric...14.7 air to fuel ratio....i have a wideband o2 to read what my air fuel ratio is...and the cat-less smell ABSOLUTELY stinks, when its running rich....but thats becuz of the excess fuel being shot out of the exhaust...stoichiometric smells pretty darn cool...it sorta has that sweat scene....like when you pull up to a gas station and smell the fumes around you....

I have a Custom Enterprise test pipe. I can only smell it if it put my nose to the tailpipe.

Does that mean I'm running Stoich? I did some stuff to the VIAS and exhaust though.
