JWT. I am putting them in my motor for now.
Car should be up and running by tommorow or monday. I am f$$$ing pumped. I cant wait to strap it on the dyno
Every single JWT cam is ground on a stock Nissan blank. JWT gets blanks, because they grind cams under contract for the Nismo program. IIRC, anyone/everyone can buy blanks through Nismo as well..

Interesting... Where did you get this info?
It's common knowledge that JWT grinds cams for the Nismo program.. They also grind cams for a few high profile road race/drag race teams.. But, it wouldn't be appropriate to discuss names.
I know that there's a lot of mistrust with JWT, because of the incomplete/inadequate ECU tune for the VQ stuff, but thier cam design is second to none. Clark Steppler, the man behind all of this, has 20+ years of Nissan experience. He used to build engines/pit crew for Nissan's Baja truck's back in the 80's! If you get the guy on the phone, with a tech question, not only will he spend an hour explaining the problem.. he'll probably give you the history of Nissan in the process.
Anyway.. I know that you guys don't know me that well.. because I haven't been here that long, but, I've been dealing with JWT for almost 5 years. I know what goes into thier cams.. and you'll just have to trust me when I say that they know what they're doing.

We're testing a set in Bryan's engine.
I'm going to be testing a set in my VQ35 that's going into my S13. I'll be N/A, so we'll see what kind of gains we can get out of them with tuning, etc..
