aiming a 1999's headlights??? help

Can someone please tell me where to find the screw to aim my head lights? I tried searching and just can't find the answer.

The only aiming screw is the plastic one on the inner botton corner of you headlights or the pasrt where the headlight the bumper and the grille meets.
