Few quick questions

So my max got hit at school right be4 the summer doing damage to the rear passenger side door. So im going to replace the door and want to get a paint job. I want to get the still kit as well but i dont like the way the back of the 95-96 stillen kit looks like. If i convert to a 97-99 rear bumper does that also allow me to use the 97-99 tail lights or is there more that needs to be done for that? Also is there anything else that the org recomends or any ideas to do in preperation for a full paint job?

Also my 2 of my Motegi rims have paint damage to them now. I want to repaint them but i heard you can't sand blast alumminum wheels. What are my options to repaint my rims? Thank you in advance for the replies
