KYB AGX/Eibach/H&R Springs Questions
KYB AGX/Eibach/H&R Springs Questions
I have a 96 Maxima and I drive in NYC (horrible pot hole filled streets).
1- I recently acquired KYB AGX struts and I was wondering what would be the best setting for me?
2- I also have the two sets of spring to choose from, Eibach Pro Kit and H&R.
What would you all recommend?
Im looking for a nice stance, great handling, and comfort.....comfort being the most important of the three
thanks

Such questions should be posted in generation specific forums because, first, it's not an advanced suspension question, second, only 4th gen owners will be able to help you with the spring choice.

AGX are a little on the harsh side. I have AGX on 2f/1r with Eibachs and its not a bad ride at all. You get used to it. I have koni and GC and im used to that too. The H&R's will be a better ride, but the struts play the most important role in comfort. If my # 1 priority was comfort I would sell the AGX and get Konis or Illuminas. They both ride much better than AGX. I really liked Progress on the stock struts in my freinds 5th gen and the compleat Tokico kit in another freinds 4th gen. They both rode much smoother than anything I have had with the AGX.
