Failed smog at 15mph on NO but passed all others

I have a Budget y pipe and a Magnaflow muffler and just got a 1161ppm reading for 15mph NO. I am wondering what to do and if anyone could offer any help that would be appreciated.

Well you can start by having your EGR system checked. You either have a clog or a bad solenoid. Make sure you car is nice and toasty before bringing it to the muffler rapests

Was you engine good and warm before you took the test?

Have you been provided with a pamphlet that shows probable causes of failure, eg. perhaps you need a new catalytic converter.

As stated above, the problem could be EGR-related.

When were the spark plugs last changed?

When was the oil and filter last changed?
