Catback for '99 SE-L

I'm replacing the catback exhaust for my '99 SE-L. Is the Apexi WS II a good choice for this Max? The rest of the exhaust is stock.

From what i have read, Apexi WS II is supposed to have some performance gain, but it more widely known to be the most quiet aftermarket catback available to us.
