Local shop gave me an estimate of $75/axle. I am supplying front and rear pads and rotors. Is $150 a fair price?

Could be a hell of a lot worse, that's for damn sure.

Is it a good shop?

Hard to say. They've replaced my master brake cylinder and changed my oil numerous times, but thats the extent of ym experience with them. Very nice guys and they seem competent.

Dude are mechanical at all? If you are do it yourself you can do both axels in an hour if you don't **** around.

I have no tools or time to do this. Not an option for me.

Are they good?

EDIT- Just called them. Coupon only applies if I buy the parts from them. Otherwise $80 front + $80 rear.

I did my whole front brake job for $65. It only took me around 1/2 hour.

We're talking about paying for labor, not buying the parts/tools and doing it yourself. Thanks for playing, though!

The shop probably just figured $75 an hour. Good price if you can't do it on your own. Could be worse! Hopefully everything works out

Anyway, Steve, if you're not doing lines I can definitely help you with your fronts. I've got to learn how to do rears, but it doesn't seem that bad, so I'll help ya out.

edit: air tools FTW.
