I have sent them at least 4 emails to no avail, and when i call them i just get a message of "we will be moving untill monday, august 28th, please dont leave a message just send us an email" Its now the 1rst with a disconnected number. What the hell? can anyone give me any insight?

Redline is in the process of moving this weekend. I spoke to Corey earlier and he told me that he has been in the hospital for the past week due to intestinal problems (needless to say, I didn't ask for details...). i'm confident that after he moves and gets settled in next week, things will get better. I'm sorry for any problems anyone is experiencing, but please be patient and everything will be taken care of.

This reminds me of a bad experience I had on eBay, and actually, the only one. I received a Callaway driver that was snapped in two. The seller was slow to respond, blah blah blah and sent those emails saying give him time, etc. Eventually you can guess the outcome--I got ripped-off (had to pay to reshaft but point being what I got was not what was advertised). Lip service is nothing imho--when we're talking about money. Learn that someday if you are managing projects--something is running way behind, let the client know, don't cover-up or sweep under the carpet. In the retail case, give the money back when you can't come through.

There are so many reputable people out there trying to earn money fairly and squarely, it's a shame we have to run into anyone who doesn't do that.

I can confirm the report about Corey being in the hospital, he might actually have to have surgery if he doesn't slow down and stop trying to do so much. If I see him in the next few days and noone from Redline responds in here by then i'll ask him what's up for you.
