New Clutch

I'm thinking its about time for me to change my clutch... and I"m just wondering what are some good brands that you guys have had so far... how much they go for, and how much it usually cost to put them in at a shop?

I have a unorthodox racing stage 1 and unorthodox racing flywheel, it didn't cost me anything for installation as my tranny was being rebuilt at the time . It takes a little time to get used it.

i ended up getting a napa clutch, which slipped doing a 1st to 2nd gear shift with like 100 miles on it. then i took it easy again for the remaining 400 miles while breaking in, right aroun 300 miles or so it got real real sticky, i am pleasantly surprised

You want everything from a 2000-2001 max.

Clutch Disc
Pressure Plate
Release Bearing

I'm wondering if I have to replace the flywheel as well, because sometimes shifting can be a pain in the ***, it doesn't go in smoothly, and I kind of have to force it in, and when I don't it grinds the clutches... any ideas?

5th gen clutch setup is the best setup hands down for a N/A 4th gen no matter what mods.

engaging difficultly would be the clutch. But resurface your flywheel + new clutch and all should be butter smooth (if you do a bleed too)
