What best can I do about these two cars

I have 2 cars and both of them in poor visual condition

1) 95 maxima GLE, It has some cheap pearl white paint, and some places paint has blisters. Carpet has black strains like fangus, dash & vents very dirty, leather is not torn but looks dirty and pale. alloy wheels looks almost black, tonz of dirt on them.

2) Volvo 850, it is green color, recently i had some cheap body work done on this car and the guy used spray paint from kragen to paint it. Now the paint on rear door is not blended and looks a distinct patch,

Can anyone advice me what best i can do to make these cars look better. I don't have bluffer or any other tool, so almost all the work will be done by hand and cloth. I tried waxing Maxima (white color) but it just doesnt come out nice.

In past i had tried so called detailing pros and have been very disappointed with them. I have some basic supplies, Meguiars wax, Turtle wax, Nu Finish polish, lexol leather conditioner.

i dunno man, tryin to fix the paint sounds like a lost cause because if cheap paintwork was done, u can't make it look any better w/ waxes/polishes - especially w/o a machine.

The interior can be worked on though ... i'd probably use a damp towel on the vinyl to take off most of the dirt, then follow up with lexol products.

carpet ... you could try steam cleaning it.
