2k Max Se Headlights Conversion To 2k1 Ae Headlights
The body shop ordered them when my car was vandalized(sp?) and on the invoice it said "AE headlight" it didnt say individual or pair so I really dont know. All I know is it said $210.32, but that also might be the body shops price.

I would wait for the 2002 HID headlamps if I were you. They look like they will fit. They will cost a lot more, but it's worth it to me.

I just think it is worth waiting and the extra money to have dual element headlamps, so I'll have low AND high beams.
I did mine...
i did my head lamp units on my own.. i didn't like the bronze tint cuz it darkens the bulbs a lil bit.. well to me it dose.. but.. yea i just took off the head lamps and took them aprt.. and spray'd the inner part of the lamp with spary tint its looks nice.. i didn't spay the whole thing.. just the edges so its silver n tinted silver.. i'll post pics soon.. but i want to post it when i get the upper grill done.. my car is all ripped aprt.. =X but i'll get them up soon.. the total $$ to get the head light tint was 23.00 for the can of tint spray.. u can find it at ne local rice rocket stores.. but it takes along tym todo so if your gonna do it make sure u have the tym to.. well pics will b up soon..

They draw less power than stock Halogen(~35W) though. The plugs and all that will be differnt of course, but even so, I will be able to wire them using any proper gauge wire and some fuses. I just need the bulbs, balasts, etc... It helps that I'm pretty good with electrical stuff, but until I attempt such an install I won't know for sure.

Man its gonna take extensive rewiring and money to make it work. I think you would be better off just buying the housings and some hid kit and rigging it up that way. I hear the new lights are going to cost over 1200 bucks for the pair.... not worth it at all....

Adam, If yo-its-ok or whoever had to modify the Panasonic kits himself to get it to work in the Max, then where are you getting the kits so they are already modded to work? Not sure how the process works, but I'm just wondering if the kits you are selling are IDENTICAL to what you have. Damn they look sweet!
