Looking at www.car-part.com.

Just match your tranny, spec (fed/cali) and production date.

Something like this ---->Elec Cont Unit (ECU), (under center of dash), from 12/94, SE, MT, Fed

Or try this chart.

I have been trying to do that but everyone i call doesnt have production date 02-95

I have found 11-94 and thats about it...i have called all over...bastards want like 150 shipped for one...wtf? lol

im assuming if its cali spec, manual, GXE, 1995 it SHOULD work without a problem correct?

They mean FROM 12/94...meaning there and after that(12/94) date.

SE does not have a speed limiter, and GXE has a speed limiter @ ~ 117-120

I've been organnizing my shed and taking all the stuff I have from my old maxima to start selling everything and clean it up....

Nope ... ECU doesn't know what ABS means. ABS has an independent controller.

Note that I am only vouching for this information with A32 Max's. I can't tell you about A33b and A34, but if I had to vote I would say A33b ECU doesn't know, but A34 does. This is a complete guess cause I am lazy to go into the FSM ... any experts feel free to call me retarded and correct me.
