Questions about replacing stock 12x1.25 studs with 12x1.5 studs

I am replacing my wheels with Lexus IS300 wheels...

I already had the centerbore increased from 60.1mm to 66.1mm on all the wheels

The other difference is that the IS300 had 12x1.5 studs while my I35 has 12x1.25 studs

Two questions:

1. Do I have to replace the studs or will 12x1.25 work?
2. If I do have to replace them, will stock IS300 studs (12x1.5) work? They are $1.18 each from Advance Auto.

Thanks guys

... 1.25 and 1.5 are just the thread pitch... they have nothing to do with making your wheels fit.
