Suspension knock/noise diagnosis help please

I have an 02 max with Ksport coilovers. I am going to be putting in my third set of cartridges in to these shortly (So far they don't last more than a month before I start having problems with the cartridges)

I have a knock that comes when I turn hard right(only to the right). The knock vibrates right up into my steering wheel and does not feel/sound heathy at all.

I have tried pulling on the front wheel while raised and I don't think it is the wheel bearings.
I have tried checking on the motor mounts and don't think that is the source of the problem
The knock does not happen if I turn sharp at slow speeds, nor is it a sharp 'click' sound. I do not have much experience, but I don't think this is typical for a CV joint.... is it?
The higher the speed of the turn and or acceleration, the worse the vibrations.
I had the alignment done after lowering my car for the summer and had them check the tirerod/endlinks and they said they were fine (but I do not trust them as from the computer readout my car had a better alignment before I brought it in that when they gave it back)
I've looked at the sway bar ends and they 'seem fine'.

Help please. Is there a better way for me to check the CV joints? How do I check to see if the strut bearings on my K-sports are bad?

also worth noting, when I had the car on a lift, and I pulled back and forth on the wheel, like checking for bad wheel bearings, I noticed the top of the strut moved visibly. I have no idea how much movement would be normal

check the pretension on the springs. the perch might have loosened up and be casuing the sound. this is what happened on my 240 when i ran ksports.

check swaybar endlinks....when you lower the car, they get different pressure on them and can bind up if they're worn.

Here's how to check them.

Jack up front of car and put on jackstands
take front wheels off
put jack beneath spindle assembly and jack up the suspension as high as it will go without lifting the car off the jackstands. then lower it. Do this 3-4 times on each side. If the swaybar endlinks are binding up, you will see/hear them "pop" when loading/unloading.

I have a similar problem as Mr Red. WHat would be the difference in sound and feel if it was a cv joint problem? For background infomation I am running stock suspension.
