URGENT HELP NEEDED (Overheating) !

When the temp needle reaches above midpoint on the gauge the fans don't turn on to cool the radiator and the car overheats.

When i turn on the A/C the fans do come on so i know that they are working.

I checked the relays and they all click when power is applied. I checked the fuses under the hood and they were fine. I dont believe there are any fuses inside the car that relate to.

Could i have a bad ECM? or a sensor? If the sensor was bad wouldnt it give me the check engine light?

What else can i do to diagnost/ figure out the problem?

Dat happend when my dad was driving my max, and it was coming from the area where the pedals are. he said it might be the fan. check da fan. but we jus put antifreeze(some liquid cant remember) and it eventually cooled down.

Could you disconnect the fan connectors and feed the voltage right from the battery and give it a shot?
