Brakelight wiring diagram

can someone please post a brakelight wiring diagram for an 89 maxima....i have a short and i could not trace this probrem....thanks for the assist.

okay...i need help now.

When i step on the brake, the fuse blows! Parking lights are okay though....any help is appreciated.

Check the rear bulb sockets for corrsion or other damage..

thanks for the response folks....here's a more detailed story:

a few months ago, the alarm box (alarm not working - no remote) was dangling by the brake pedal...and yes, i may have kicked this once or twice. but i just left it alone.
A month ago, i turned on the parking and the fuse blows, then i noticed too that i do not have a brake light! So last Saturday, i removed much of the Alarm wiring, even the hot wire for the alarm. Whats left there is the harness.

Now, if i turn the park light on, it is fine, it works but when i step on the brake, it blows. Help!!!!

The Stop light and Taillight fuses are the two that blows.

props to Mygreenmax & Internetautomar........i checked the rear sockets and yep one socket was somewhat melted and was causing the short.
