Sway Bar Link Kit (97Max)

in replacing a broken front sway bar link kit (between the control arm and the front sway bar) , is there any key instruction in setting the height of the bushing(s). Also, if rusted, will the old part bolt unsrew with just WD40 or do you need to torch it off?

It should come off w/o torching. Get PB blaster, maybe a breaker bar, or a vice grip if you really need to.
