How of you SC guys installed the blower yourself
I've read the directions for the SC and it appears the hardest part of the install is replacing the power steering lines. Why do the hard lines need to be placed with the soft lines?
What was the hardest part for you?

the hardest part for me is not having a supercharger.
Anyways I've heard several say its not that its really that hard you just need to make sure you do everything correctly.
Also you need to feel comfortable that you can handle the job. Its not an install for the average joe, you need some mecahnical knowledge.

The reason you have to replace the steering lines is because the oem lines are in the way of were the SC mounts. When you put the rubber lines from the kit on you have to put them behind your relocated fuse box.
All in all installing the SC the first time is a Royal PITA!
Every part of the install is semi diffucult but when you add 50 semi diffucult tasks the job becomes very diffucult.
If I had to say what the most diffucult thing was, I whould have to say redoing the fuel lines. The fuel line that connects to the EGR Valve is very diffucult to remove nad to install. What I did was move the clamp out of the way and then I got a long flat head Screw driver and a hammer and used the screw driver like a Chissle while whacking it with a hammer, Fun? NO!
If you ever have any questions let me know and I will be glad to help you out.
Ohh BTW I did the install with very little back round experience and because DanNY said he did not think I could
{No pun intended dan}
yeah yeah yeah..u da man..u da man...
now want to expain why it was stalling like a **** after the SC install?

I learned a trick though, just get a sharp razer blade and slice a hole on the ends of the oem lines, that way the line will come right off. When you reinstall the lines make sure to lubricate them real good. Brute force is not the key here, I tried it and it was exausting.

It was stalling because of a screwed up MAF Sensor. It worked for a while.
