windshield wiper blades

anyone ever seen a comparison-
like between putting inserts in the OE Nissan blades, versus say a trico exact fit blade assembly?

If you've got $50 to blow on a pair of wipers, these are the ones to get... I got 'em last winter (22" driver and passenger, little larger than stock but as long as you use "regular" speed you don't notice any downsides) and as long as you keep your windshield clean they're incredible.

Also, these are what was on the car when I got it, they're supposed to work well (constant pressure and low drag) but they were worn out... and you can't just replace the squeegee--it's glued on. You have to buy a whole new wiper every time you replace 'em.

I've tried other brands but OEM last longer... it's just better rubber IMHO.

icons are not worth the extra money........i have the black bosch excel blades or whatever and they work awsome. i have had them for over a year and they still work perfect. whenever i clean my car i wipe my blade with the sponge to get all the crap off the blade.

they last longer
