Why is it so damn difficult?

Why is it so difficult to get our doors not to resonate?!?! I spent the entire weekend working on my 2 front doors I put 15 sheets of dynamat on between the two of them and I still have resonance coming from around the tweeter and the window switches.... What extremes have you guys done to get rid of resonance? And anyone have a good way to stop the rear view mirror from rattling hardcore?

Because we drive Nissans

What brand are you using, which will also answer my question of how many sq ft per sheet are you using that you used 15 sheets?

The rear view is a neverending battle. Do you have the auto dimming one?

Spray the non mat covered areas with cascade Vb1s pro . It turns vibration into low level heat -works for me and i have zero mat on my door panels. Just a few cans of that covering the inside.

Do you meant between where the window switch strip screws down onto the door panel? Around the seams?

You try sandwiching closed cell foam between the panels?
