broken shift ****

My auto shift **** is loose and has broken away from the silver piece (collar) at the bottom as well. So basically, it comes off in two pieces.

Any suggestions on a replacement or a way to make it stay on and not look so cheap and broken?

It moves all around in your hand and the collar slides down around the shaft.

Looks like a common problem. I had it too after the dealer worked on a car and had to remove it. I made the dealer change it.

Use an epoxy or hot glue. krazy glue does not stick to metal too well
