I was wondering if anyone in oklahoma or texas can do a 5spd swap? How much it would be?? I hate this rebuilt auto it shifts hard 1-2 and i have been looking for a 5spd maxima around here but dont have any luck finding one. So i want to swap it. Any info would be helpful thanks!

 

if you were only in jersey id do it for 700. what the parts cost you is up to you and where you find them.....

 

I can probably help you some. I have not swapped tranny but I have replaced 2 motors in my 95 before I sold it.

 

I dont think i could do it sounds hard for me 2 do but thanks guys.. It would be easier if i stayed in jersey bunch off people do stuff to maximas up there but not down here sucks.. but thanks guys

 

Here's a blue one, if you want one older than what you have, I have driven that one, seems to run just fine. I bought mine from the same place, he said he tries to buy all of the 5 speed maximas he can find.
