WARNING - VGsidestepper (DO NOT PURCHASE FROM)

I purchased a Bose head unit from VGsidestepper on 10-10-06. He has been giving me the run around since and has not shipped the stereo or refunded my money. He did this to another member (ferrari4a) for the same product. ferrari4a filed a claim with paypal and got his money back.

This member it seems has two paypal addresses. I’m not sure if that is normal. But why would you need two. Take a look at this post from ferrari4a and you will see that VGsidestepper’s address is timeisstille@gmail.com. When I paid him, the address was Vgsidestepper@gmail.com. I am assuming ferrari4a filed a claim and Vgsidestepper changed his paypal address to rip someone else off.

Link to ferrari4a post:

I have recently filed a claim with paypal of which Vgsidestepper has not responded to. They have tried to reach him 3 times. Be warned, do not purchase anything from this member.

If that is his current place then my lawyer wants me to file a complaint with their local office and he said this is something he (the lawyer) can do too.

Admin staff. Are you planning to somehow block this person? Thanks for looking into this.

I'm not a moderator of the Classifieds, but I know who this guy is and his history on the .Org. I'm watching the situation and I know Cutler, who is a Classifieds mod, will be in on this soon too.

That's probably between you and Paypal then, there's nothing I can do about it.

FYI, since he's not posting in this thread to update you:

Wow!!! Unbelievable how many lies are up the sleeves. If you had any money in paypal, they would have been refunded to 03maxima1 or me.

VGsidestepper used a different account after me because in my pm's I stated, I will file a claim. Initially it was timeisstille@gmail.com then it was Vgsidestepper@gmail.com

How many of your accounts has paypal recently closed? Be honest! It will tell us how many people have wasted their time and money in you.

Still awaiting for you to prove otherwise.

I dont understand whats wrong with haveing 2 diffrent paypal accounts with 2 different creditcards attached to them ?

Im not lieing about any thing , Ill tell you stright up i dident send you're hu like i have told you in every pm you pmed me.

Not once i lied to you and said i have shipped it.

Once i finally got home to ship the hu's paypal had already locked my account's since you guys put in a claim , And held my fund's witch could well cover the refunds .

both of my accounts are locked both still have well over 400 dollars on eatch since they are linked to my visa and my mastercard , I really do not see how paypal has still not refunded you yet?

Another lie

Truth: 0
Lies: too many to list

You said in your own pm that to refund you had to setup a credit card because you did not have money. Now you suddenly have $400 in each account? but.. but... but..... I thought you didn't have CC set-up with Paypal. Since you stated that your account was locked due to our claims then how on the planet did you get your CC setup (since you said they needed your confirmation numbers)? These are your own words that I have in the following post:
http://forums.maxima.org/showthread.php?t=495819

You also said in your own post above that paypal refunded us then took your statement back in the next post. Now in this post you are saying paypal has? Not sure how many times you can take your statement back. I am sure there is a quota rule for that in this forum (dedicated to honest & enthusiast which does not include scammers & cheaters).

On a side note, $400 in each account? That is a lot of scamming. But.. but... but.... you just bought something and paid, didn't you? http://forums.maxima.org/itrader.php?u=74786. Thats odd, that didn't take you long. Now, why is it that you cannot refund the money and yet pay someone else for your entertainment. I wonder which paypal account was that (Do I get two guesses?)? I guess I can only wish that you have stopped scamming others by now.

On another side note, linking accounts to visa/mastercard does not mean you have money in paypal.

Still awaiting for you to refund and prove otherwise.

If they took the money out, then why did I receive this message from paypal today:

Resolution Center - Claim Details Return to Resolution Center
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
"We have completed our investigation of this case. We attempted to process a refund from the seller's account to your account. Unfortunately, the seller's account does not contain the funds necessary to cover this refund. We were able to recover $0.00 USD. We have taken action against the seller and are working to recover the remainder of your refund. We will contact you when we have more information. No further action is required of you at this time".

I am getting sick and tired of your excuses. Refund my money and stop playing these fcking games!

Nothing that the .Org could have done, but hopefully Paypal will be able to help you like they did the other guy. If you used your bank account or credit card to transfer funds, you might want to go through them as well to see if they can help.

Paypal was no help to me. They are going to report him to collections and put a hold on his accounts. I will try my CC. Thanks.
