They look too cheap for racinghart. Also, the claims of 13lb just seems like lie.

They are Racing Hart. The Evolution series is their cheaper cast series. There is a forged version of that wheel that weighs like 9lbs in 15" size. The weight they're claiming is for the expensive forged version, not the cheaper cast version they're selling. The price is pretty good though.

 

my friend has racing hart cp35s and i can practically throw them around, they weigh nothing. around 13lbs with nitto 555 tires. btw they are 16inch rims..
