FS: Quasi-Complete Quality 00VI Set (By Curt)

Hey guys, it's been a while. Unfortunately I do not come in the best of situations, but that's besides the point. What I have for sale is a pretty much complete 00VI system that I bought from Curt about a year or so ago. For those who have been around the .ORG for a while, you've probably heard of Curt's famous 00VI sets he used to sell. Well, this is one of those sets, with the addition of StephenMax's IACV adapter plate and a Summit RPM switch, labeled and ready to be wired up. As I mentioned up top, I am in a "need to sell stuff for money" situation and consequently have to let this go. It has never been installed and is pretty much pristine. This 00VI looks like it either came from a very low-mileage Max, or was cleaned extensively. Right now I'm looking for some offers, but please be conscientious and don't throw low offers at me. I am looking for around $500 for this set, not including shipping. If you are interested, I will take several pictures and calculate shipping based on your zip code and your choice of carrier. Based on previous experience, as well as the fact I used to work there, I would recommend FedEx because of the low cost/carrier quality ratio. Feel free to check my buyer/seller feedback, and PM me/reply to this post with any questions/concerns. I will also send you various links/threads of 00VI questions/installation diagrams if you need them. Thanks for reading! Remember, this is a QUALITY 00VI set, all items are in very good condition and the kit is pretty much complete.

I also have a few other items for sale, see below:

Free bump.

There seemed to be a lot of people interested in swapping so I thought I would let know tha the price is good for the entire kit. This seems to actually be the entire setup without need to buy a switch or anything else but the little things. Good luck on the sale.

Wow, didn't expect to see so many replies. For those of you who replied here/PMed me on specific parts, I'd like to hold off on splitting the set up at this point. If there is no interest, I'll be glad to sell the parts separately. I took some pictures of the set today, as you'll see below. For more pictures, or if you want shots of specific angles/parts, just let me know! Apparently I had forgotten about all the threads/pages I had printed out concerning the installation of the 00VI - they will, of course, be included.

Bump...this box is collecting dust in my living room! Someone needs to take advantage of the 20-30 extra horses this thing can provide, and I sure as hell could use the cash.

Looks like everything is here babymac. It's got everthing since you get the switch and adapter plate. Probably just need new hoses and some little stuff.

Sorry to hear about your circumstances...for those out there considering this mod, when you add all the parts up to purchase separetely, $500 is not bad. I know there are plenty of guys out there who have been fortunate to get the kit for less, but it's more rare than common. Just so there is some comparison, I purchased all my parts separately, and got decent deals on the parts, and after it was all said and done, it was close to $400 with me making all the adapters and doing the custom fabrication work.

Hope that helps the sale.

Thank you and everyone else who has been supporting my sale. Truth be told, I spent over $650 in collecting all these parts. I'm not trying to push my own sale, but I know $500 + shipping is a good price for those who are interested. I've gotten a few offers of $450-500 shipped, but unfortunately the best I can do right now is $500 + shipping. It shouldn't total more than about $545 shipped, and it will probably be less if you're in Florida/close to Florida. Again, thank you all - I hope I get this thing sold soon.

To be honest I'm surprised it hasnt sold already. There were so many guys wanting to swap before and now all of a sudden with this great price nobody is around lol. But again, a lot of the guys before were noobs that thought the could buy the setup and figure it out when it came lol.

Nothing besides a few hoses that may be needed at the last minute. Basically, if you took it to a shop to get installed, it would be nothing they probably don't already have. Hoses, screws, nuts, bolts, clamps...all minor things, if that. All the major/custom parts are included.

I'm shocked no one has taken this yet...especially considering it's a complete kit. A few months ago when I was a regular there were people buying and selling these like hot cakes. Is it the economy or the dwindling interest/fanaticism for 4th gens?
