I'm in a process of gathering parts for my brake upgrade. Decided to go with J30 front calipers and rotors (I know the rotor has to be milled down). I was browsing TireRack and first I searched for a 95 J30 and a plain Brembo rotor is $60 each; however for a 96 J30 touring, rotors are $38 each.
Anyone know the difference between the two, if there is any. Price difference is pretty significant...

 

I didn;t think the touring had different brakes. Check a dealer parts site and see if they have both rotors listed.

 

I want to go the same route myself. Let me know how it turns out.
