speed limiter?

speed limiter?
well i tried looking this up but couldnt find anything about a speedlimiter on a 2k max mines manual i tried to max it out today it wouldnt go over 115ish and plus after about 80 its doesnt accelerate as fast ? any mods i can do to over come this ?
