Help Quick! Thud thud sound. Inner CV Boot?

Alrighty guys, heres the background. About 3 months ago, I locked up my brakes, my car never being fully serviced only locked up my front left brake. So, my tire had a big bald spot on it. It went thud thud thud really bad. So, I got it replaced(I got both fronts replaced). But about 2-3 weeks ago, I noticed another small thud thud noise, just like the other one but not nearly the same extremity. This is what I need help with. This noise/bump is only heard around ~15-30mph. Anything over or below, you dont notice it. It happens ever tire rotation, so 1 thud per rotation. Ive got 2 CELs, an 0304 and 1302. I can tell you that I do believe it is on the left side(the bad tire was front left). Also, at a higher speed, say 35 or so, you cant hear it in the front, but it is slightly heard in the back. So I am leaning towards a problem in the rear left, but it could still be the front.

What I am thinking it might be: Something in the drivetrain: A CV boot, they have never been replaced, and I am I thinking that the bad tire might have had an effect on it. After that, I dont have any other ideas. (Just guesses guys, Im no mech and these might be proposterous to you guys, so please, correct me. Use constructive criticism.)

What I think its not: My back tire(either one) beacuse with the other front tire, the thud thud was felt at all speeds(5-80mph). Anything brakes. I just went out and at any speed, it does not increase in extremity when using the ebrake or brakes.

Are these remotely close to symptoms of a bad KS? I mean, the thud might be knocking, but its hard to tell...but only around 15-30mph? and not at idle?

Need help quick! Thanks guys!

I Just edited for more accurate information. Changed the occuring speeds, possibilties, etc...

Stock drivetrain and suspension at kahpitahns request for more info.

When was the last time you checked your ball joints or your wheel bearings?

So a searched and found out that a bad wheel bearing would result in a humming noise, not really a knocking/thud. So I dont think thats it. Also, I read that a bad ball joint would not make noise without other faulty suspension parts.

Is there anything in the rear that could possibly be making this noise/knock?

Edit: Ok, I am thinking possible a inner CV boot. Just from some info that I found when I searched. Any opinions on this? Anyone else agree that it might be a CV boot?

Have you checekd out the tire? Maybe the tire is bad since you said that you locked the wheel up. I would just checked the tread. Myabe it is something that is not visible. I would take the rim off the car and then roll it. It might be something that in reguards to the tire. How about this try putting the same tire let's say on the right side ( Providing the tire is on the left). See if you hear the thud on a different side. If you do then most likely it is the tire..

Yeah, I figured it out. I never posted because it kinda faded away and I figured that no one else would post. It was the tire, both rears in fact. Heres the issue thread:
