Anyone open CE black headlights?

I know many have heated up the stock headlights, but what about the CE ones. If so, was there any difference in procedure.
The reason I ask is because the inside of my new headlights weren't very clean when I got them. And now it's bugging me to see a dirty inside of my headlight.

Just do slightly less temperature and for less duration, you can always heat them up MORE but the opposite doesn't work.
