Kinetik battery/capacitor

I originally posted in the audio video section to no avail: (also googled the org)

After installing 2 10" Type R's powered by 2 480watt RMS Kenwood amps and underdrive pulley I've run into some headlight dimming when the bass hits. (4 guage wiring)
*Will Kinetik batteries solve my problem, more so than a yellow top or a basic 2 fared capacitor alone?
*Am I also correct in understanding that the Kinetik series is a combination of battery and capacitor?
Thanks!

Change your alternator to a 215amp output, instead of doing all that cowboy shiat

You lose alternator amperage when you use an underdrive pulley. Why not get a class d to push those 12s, they are more efficient instead of using 2 class a/b amps.

That would be the best solution, but High Output alternators are $$$$$
The Optima Red Top should work, for a while at least. Red top and HO alternator would be the best combo.

Since HO alternators are expensive, would a red top solve my head light dimming? Has anyone ever used Kinetik batteries/capacitors? **Do red tops work the same way?? (combo of battery and capacitor) I bring up Kinetik because I know where I can get them, and have no idea where to get a red top.

Just add a capacitor to the system you should be fine. System will hit harder and lights will stay bright.
