Steering wheel skin

I know this has been asked before...but i cant find the thread of the guy who did it.
Basically im trying to put some new leather on the steering wheel since mine is non existant. Im assuming this is something nissan doesnt sell seperately (can anyone confirm?)
I've looked at this website www.wheelskins.com but according to their pictures, it looks like they just have a generic diameter circular piece they cut out and it doesnt really look STOCK.

see around the arms?

Anyway, feedback is appreciated..i need to buy a skin very very soon.

My mom got a nice one for her Solara. Although its tan(you need black I assume, right?), it looks nice, feels great, and I dont know why, but for me it slips in my hand because its so smooth. Its leather. I cant remember where she got it. Just look around, maybe advance, etc...you should be able find one.

That one looks 'universal', not 'custom fit'. And def not stock at all. Heh...

Good luck.

ah yeah, i definently dont want anything universal and i dont want a COVER, i want the actual leather skin that sews onto the wheel.

Thanks, that actually looks like the wheelskins.com product. But the price is better awesome. Looks pretty good on your wheel in black.

How will a wheel skin cover look on a 95/96 steering wheel with the HUGE grip marks on it?

Alpine, you have the same exact car as me in every way, unless you have a sunroof.. It's like looking at my car, at first I was like WTF whose stealing pics of my car.

Lets face it, '98 SE's w/ cloth, well I don't see too many.

EDIT: You obviously have C&S package.. I have a base SE.

I likey your shift ****. Can you tell me what it is and how much. Thanks.
BTW, I see some wrinkles on what I believe to be a redline leather center console cover. Other than that your car is clean as a whistle. Mine is excactly like yours except I recently swapped out the alpine.

wood grain is cool, i liked a gs300 i rode in with the wood grain but it just wouldnt work in my max. I cant believe redlinegoods doesnt make this ****, how hard would it be to make some cut outs with some holes.

yeah i got the leather shift boot, ;leather e-brake boot, and leather console cover which is wrinkeled from redline! thats not the stock leather. i dont know why they dont make steering wheel covers?

p.s and woodgrain on the wheel in a maxima that dosent have any other wood trim pieces would not look good.

and yea i got a sunroof The reason my car doesnt have leather is because, i got a german shephard, i hate leather in the winter, and in the summer, and i have it in my other max for when its cruising time! lol
