Removing 95-96 headlights to swap 97-99 ones?..

Removing 95-96 headlights to swap 97-99 ones?..

do i need to remove the grill along with the 4 screws on the back of the headlights? its a ***** to get the first two screws on the left... does anyone know what sizes sockets i use?

do you honestly need to post a thread for every little question like this?
yes you need to remove the grill. yes you need to take off the BOLTS* to remove the headlight assembly....
its a ***** to get to them? donno waht to tell you man....maybe you should just go pay someone else to do it for ya.

Remove the grille, you need to turn the square clips a 1/4 turn to remove them.
Remove the corner lights, phillips screw and used a long flat head to pry the ball and socket retainer apart.
Remove the 2 10mm bolts that are behind the corner lights and the 2 10mm nuts behind the headlight near the radiator.

Negatory, All the front lights fit all years of 4th gens.

good to know. So I can fit 95-96 glass headlights on my 98? I always thought they didnt fit.
