ok when I start my car in the morning, obviously the engine is cold, I am getting an engine knocking noise for about 5 seconds or so then it very quickly goes away.
Also I haven't nailed it down in regards to temperature or anything but it seems SOMETIMES, very seldom when the engine is in the operating temp range I will get some knocking to at about 2000-3000 rpm
I have checked the oil, it seems to be fine

are sure its a knock and not timing chain tensionor and guides

 

what kind of oil? 10w40 0w30? done a flush? auto-rx?
