Cefiro Crank Pully

First of all i'm bloddy pleased to see thsi forum all lively - yay!!

Now .. I'm looking for a Crank pully for my 96 cefiro.
Currently it makes a screeching noise which the mechanic traced to the crank pully and tells me the noise is caused by the pullys wobbling and will need replacement.

So New Crank pully vs 2nd hand.. what are the gotta's ?
How much $$ for the pully am I looking at? and any idea on how long it takes to put it in (labour), any figure on the total cost ( assuming its just the pully).

While we are at it, how much would a new belt cost?

Where to get the pully and belt from?

thansk guys.

most likely either the alternator belt or power steering belt is glazed or worn out causing the screeching. Does it screech louder during cold startups then quiet down? If it is the crank pulley, which i doubt, you can get one from a salvage yard or a performance one from http://motostorm.com/ (international shipping?). Before anything i would tighten the alternator belt to see if it gets better. There is a certain way tighten it too.

Hi Konak,
Yes it used to screech every once in five startups - that was 2 years ago but its doing it on each startup hense my cause for concern.

Thanks for the link and the suggestion, will check it out.
cheers.
