3.5 Swap Into 1997 SE

Ive been saving cash since last winter and im planning on doing a 3.5 swap into my 1997 SE all I need is some help finding the engine and what im going to have to change when it come down to the exhuast. Im also wondering if it would be better to do all the internal engine work before i do the install.
