FS: 4th gen LED services for window switches

so i've got some white LEDs left. so if you have a 95-97, i can LED them for you in white. I have enough LEDs to do a four sets of switches. in the bottom pic, I used a blue LED for the lock/unlock switch, gave it a nice contrast. PM me with how much you want to pay for the service and we'll go from there. again, i can only do 95-97, since the 98/99s are different. I am currently in the process of acquiring a spare set to minimize downtime.

what would you charge to do this? I have a 99, have all the LED's to do it, and my AC unit, just don't have the time anymore. Let me know if you can/will do it, and for how much please. Thanks!

95-99 = the front switches are the same

95-97 = the rear switches have regular 3mm leds
98-99 = the rear swithces have surface mount leds

now given, if I had a practice set of the rears off a 98-99, I can probably work it out, but for liability issues, I'll just do the 95-97 only. if you want to provide your own leds, that's fine, you'll need 9 pieces.

stock bulbs. no it's the camera setting that makes it look whiter.

what?

my thoughts exactly on that guy's post.

how much are you looking for here? i can't remember what other switches there are in the car that can be converted to white led, so is the master window switch the only one or are there other ones? I'm putting white LED's in the gauge cluster, so it would be nice to have all the switches the same, and possibly the A/C controls if they have lighting behind them...

sorry, just got the car, haven't had time to study it.

They're not all that bad. I put white LED's on top of that surface mount leds and all the current goes through the white leds. I had an issure with one of them getting loose and it just lit the orginial green one. Fixed the problem and it's just like new.

well i was told 97 switches have the surface mount led's in the rear as well, therefore, i only have experience with 95-96. i'm sure i can do the 97-99, but don't want to offer a service that I haven't perfected yet.

reason is the sockets are different with different metal pins/contacts. and i believe 95-97 is the same while 98-99 are the only years that are different. I've had people PM me and make promises to send things, but nothing as of yet. Probably not going to help because of the lack of interest, just thought I'd start the LED modding process. if anything, labor would be whatever you think is right and we'd go from there.
