painting headlight housing

painting headlight housing

does anyone know how to or ever painted the housing on ther stock headlights and corrner lights.
do you have any tips on doing this, my biggest concern is seperating the lens from the housing any tips on this will be great.

Its easy, but double check your taping, and make sure you're not taping onto HOT chrome, because it might flake off with the tape when you peel the tape off.

watch out with the corners, they melt easier than the headlights casing. it sucks
