rim fitment possiblity

i have a good deal with some 18 8.5 with 33 offset. i think the offset not enough for the max. i am at a stock height right now. might be on h&r later on. do you guys think this rim would fit. its a 5zigen proracer gn+. suppose to fit s14, z32, and evos. i know the offset might be to close to rubbing the fender. i believe a 40mm offset would be perfect for fitment?

An 8" wide 37mm offset is very close to rubbing the front fender. Id have to say 8.5" and 33mm would be sticking out way too much.

i wont slam the car. just h&r that i am getting for free. so drop is modest to the least. i'm curious how flush it would look. i think it shouldn't rub but be pretty darn close to rubbing. the roads down here are riduclously bad. i need the travel clearance.
