Easiest wiring for SVC subs

Have a question. Using 2 single 4 ohm voice coil subs...sealed enclosure. What would be the easiset way to wire them in parallel. Spring terminal are located on the sides of the box which is a pain. Sure i know i can go from one terminal to the other, but that seems like a whole lot of wiring..thankfully i have a whole lot so that would be easy enough. anyone ever run wiring through the wall sealing the 2 chambers from each other? I'm contemplating doing that and simply sealing the rather small holes that would be created. This is being done with stuff I have laying around and isn't really a final stereo system but will be in the car while i finish other aspects of the car, so probably for a good year or so. Thoughts anyone?

You can go through the chamber, just make sure you seal it up Very well.

That only tells how the actual wiring is done, which he already knows. His concern is with where within the enclosure could potentially work.

yeah Id say do it inside the enclosure, much cleaner that way. seal the hole you make between chambers with silicone or liquid nails or something.

ahhh, ok so through the chamber is a viable option. Excellent. I shall go with that. Thank you much!

No particular reason why it would be. Several people have run them. I like my 2 12s but d@mn they take up some room.

what size box do they need? I had previously fit 2 2.5^3 sealed for crossfire 15s b4. It was a ***** trying to get em in but once they were in I still had decent room. I took one of em out though b/c it sounded IMO too much for the car, 1 was perfect.

i think the sub needs 1.5 cu. ft. its really deep, but only has about two inches around edges of each side of the sub. so i think it should work.

You shouldn't have any problems getting one 15 in. I used to have a single 15 in a 4 cubic ft. box in my trunk and it was fine. As for it being too much: You can never have too much

I pulled that out and now i have a 12.5 cubic ft. box in my trunk with two 15's. All my amps for the subs, amp for mids and highs, in trunk eq, and a yellow top optima are in the trunk as well.

I've broken the metal rivets from my trunk latch and have debadged a few letters off the trunk a few times. I also can get bout 1 1/2 inches of flex out of the roof of my car.

Ive been meaning to put up picks for some time now but my computer broke at one point, and I lost a digital camera another time. I plan on trying to get some pics up soon.
