No there is much more to it, plus aiming them correctly can produce a few headaches instantaneously

remove the corner light
there are two 10mm bolts on the side of the headlight
then two more 10mm bolts on the back of the headlights towards the radiator.

He can use a few washers to aim them. It takes a while to get them perfect, but it can be done. Just line up the washers along the back of the screws and use the space the washer creates to adjust the beam.

You can seal it with some weatherproof silicon or rtv. A lot of guys use jb weld also. I think black silicon will do just fine though. I think it should hold up to the heat.

why you choose tsx projectors rather than TLS? is it easier to work with the TSX projectors? i hear the tls are better as far as output lighting.

It looks easier to mount projectors in the R34 than in standard headlamps. Is it?
