I really hope someone here can help me out with this one. I just had my oil changed at Sear's while they rotated my tires, and the guy did a really sloppy job changing the filter. In other words, he didn't clean up the mess he left me and now I've got smoking Mobil-1 all over my exhaust manifold after the drive home. Anybody have any suggestions for removing it, or is the best I can do just dish-soap and elbow grease?

 

You could try to clean it off, but it will burn off in a short while.

 

I know it will burn off, I just can't stand the smell so I'd rather get it done.
