FS: LED Tails

These are a one of i made for my car and i relly dont want to sell them, but i dont think im going to remod the Maxima.

These are made using a set of altezzas with 4" truck LED modules for the stop/tail/turn lights. I had to use relays to make them work and they work like a charm where the outside light blinks with the brakes applied and when not.

For the reverse light I used 5Watt Luxeon Star LEDs with a Puck regulated power supply. The LED is mounted on the heat sink to deal with heat issues.

I also added red reflective tape to make them as street legal as possible.

The housings are sealed up and I have never had a water leak issue.

I also made it plug and play by using some old bulb sockets where you can just plug it in and go.

I painted the lens trim black to cover the silver trim that altezzas come with.

No cracks or chips on them.

One issue I had with them was I was not getting good voltage from the stock turn signal wire, so I had to run an extra relay to power them from the battery. I think this was an issue with my car but if you have the same problem it very easy to fix and ill include the extra relays that you would need.

$200

ill add some more pictures if someone want them, i have them sitting in my room right now.

Thats all i can think of about them, if you have questions ask away.
