This might sound stupid, but where do you get the coilovers for the cheapest? On the cattman site, it says $1500, but I've heard of people getting for $1350.

Also, how low can you go? I hope I'll be able to slam the hell out of my max.

whatever you are using for lowering srings/coilovers, I WANT BAD!!!!

Your car looks just sick, I love it. What are you using in your ride? It looks like an Impalla SS, ONLY because it's so low! lol

You can go lower than you should, let's just put it that way...

As for price, email brian and tell him you're getting ready to buy coilovers and wondering if he'll make you a deal. I think he did a group deal for me, 1 person ain't much of a group but I'm not complaining

My original post was written because out of all the cars on this board with coilovers, why is this one so much lower than all the rest? It looks like he has airbags, almost.
I have seen many other cars with cattmans and this tucks the wheels within the well? How does he account for this? Different size of tire or just he happenend to be able to go lower?

Because he lowered his more. I only dropped mine about 2.25". Most other people don't go that low either because it hurts the ride and performance, and isn't too good for the shocks either. Hopefully he raises it back up after the show

Will GC coilovers drop a car that much or is this just one of the cattman's attributes. Pay more...go lower with a better ride?

Either will drop a car more than it should be dropped. There is no such thing as a safe 4" drop... Shocks need room to work, no coilover is going to get around that. Either GC or Cattman's Coilovers will let you drop it anywhere from stock height to wheels tucked in and no suspension travel low. But neither one will have a good ride or performance if you do it.

Damm!! Phil, I've never seen a Maxima

dropped so low! On my first glance, I thought it was an Impala. Man, I wish Maximas came with less fender gap from the factory. That's just SICK!!! Phil! Nice pics!
Did you try to drive the car like that before?
