nope these are brand new. First one to paypal me at PaceyLB53@aol.com (non Credit Card) or Bbeeler12@aol.com (for credit Cards but add 3.25% fee) These are from a company Called Alkatrim. They have no problem with fading is what the owner @ Alkatrim told me told me.
