Car pulls towards right after about 20mins driving

I am facing a strange problem, My cars alignment is within spect and initial driving cars drive stright, but after about 20mins of driving, the car pulls quite a lot towards right side.

Can anyone please give me an idea whats going on, any suggestion on what adjustment will cure this, Car is lowered 2".

Stuck passenger side brake caliper perhaps. If the caliper is not releasing properly it's still clamped down on the rotor a bit, as it heats up it the pads and rotor expand meaning it will start being clamped down even harder, possibly resulting in your pull to the right. That is my first instinct.

I drove a bit and then touched rotor on both side, temperature was nearly identical, if one side brake is dragging temp should be lot higher isn't it?

Yep the dragging one would definately be hotter - sounds like that's not your problem then. How long did you drive it for before testing the temperature?

if it takes 20 minutes to start pulling you might wanna drive for 20 minutes then check.

The caliper could stick after 20 minutes because the pads are heated up and it will stick more when warmer.

You're in the right direction checking the brakes... If you don't find any results from it then you may want to check your power steering... just a guess but... something could be causeing more pressure on the right side of the rack and pinion causing the wheel to pull to the left...just a guess though... good luck.... hows the steering during the time of the problem??

since no one else said it i will throw this out there:

have you checked tire pressures? They change as the tires heat up, and could definitly be the culprit.

I had a problem like that too it ended up beeing the caliper bracket. It has 2 bolts that hold it on and those should "squish" with the caliper, this was seized on mine changed it and worked fine.

could be the road crown...try driving on different roads, and maybe try rotating your tires

Mine does it too.....but all the time. Have had several alignments over the past few years, and all end up being within specs......but it still pulls to the right, and the last 2-3 sets of tires the right side tends to wear faster than the left.
