WTB: stock harmonic balancer for vg engine

I was working on my engine and noticed a chunk taken out of the back of my harmonic balancer. I want to replace it but can't afford the $250 for a new one. Does anyone out there have a used one they're willing to part with for cheap?

Good thing I reminded ya!

And where exactly is the harmonic balancer? All I see it the crank pulley...(Don't know what the balancer looks like, so if you'd be so kind as to point it out.)

Do you always take out your engines with the help of a torch?
